Blue Moon

Another "mindscape," this happened to be during a full moon.  There are several definitions of "blue moon," but I prefer it being the second moon in a single month, as happened while I painted this.  The play of blues, greens and violets, with just one golden hill, reflects the moonlight on the mountains very much like my own view from home on a moonlit night .
